TERMS OF SERVICE – GAAVA
OVERVIEW
Welcome to GAAVA. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GAAVA. We operate this store and website, including all related content, features, products and services (the “Services”). GAAVA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any referenced policies, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. By accessing or interacting with our website, stores or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. You may be asked to provide personal, billing and shipping information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted.
You are responsible for securing your login details and all activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Many GAAVA products are made-to-order through print-on-demand production. This means items are created specifically for your purchase, reducing unnecessary stock and waste. Because of this model, return eligibility may be limited as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
We make every effort to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance may differ depending on device screens and settings. All product descriptions may change or be updated without notice. We may discontinue or limit products at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Acceptance occurs only when we confirm the order and process payment. We may be unable to cancel an order once accepted, due to on-demand production.
All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which must be read before ordering.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING
Prices may change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price charged unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude taxes, duties or international import costs unless specified.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected method for all due amounts including shipping, VAT and duties if applicable.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Risk transfers to the customer when the product is handed to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services — including branding, text, images, graphics, design and layout — is owned by GAAVA or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or commercialize material from the site without written permission.
Personal use is permitted; commercial use is not.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not control. These are provided “as-is” without warranty. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

The Services may include links or embedded functions from third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or products. Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and them.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
GAAVA runs on Shopify. However, your purchase agreement is solely with GAAVA. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, products, delivery or claims related to your purchase.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Personal information processed through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and may also be processed by Shopify when required to operate the platform. Use of the Services signifies your agreement to these policies.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting reviews, ideas or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant GAAVA a perpetual, global, royalty-free license to use and publish that material for business and promotional purposes. You confirm you hold rights to such content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES
Information on the site may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct, update or cancel orders if such inaccuracies occur.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading activities. This includes but is not limited to fraud, harassment, spreading malware, scraping data or attempting to breach site security. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.
SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. Sections related to intellectual property, warranties, liability, privacy and governing law survive termination.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and GAAVA. Failure to enforce provisions does not waive our right to enforce them later.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without consent. We may transfer our rights without notice.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and purchase agreements are governed by the laws of Sweden and the European Union. Disputes shall be handled by Swedish courts unless required otherwise by consumer protection law.
SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO TERMS
You may review updated Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
