SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Production and fulfillment

Most GAAVA products are made-to-order through Printful and Gelato. This means items are produced individually after purchase rather than pre-stocked. Production time is usually:

• 2–5 business days for apparel
• 2–7 business days for prints, accessories and home goods

Production time is not included in the delivery estimate.

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order is shipped from the fulfillment location closest to the destination to reduce transport distance, cost and emissions.
Fulfillment locations include EU, North America, UK and selected regional hubs.

Estimated delivery times:

• EU: 3–10 business days
• USA/Canada: 5–12 business days
• UK: 3–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–21 business days
