SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Production and fulfillment

Most GAAVA products are made-to-order through Printful and Gelato. This means items are produced individually after purchase rather than pre-stocked. Production time is usually:

• 2–5 business days for apparel
• 5–10 business days for prints, accessories and home goods

Production time is not included in the delivery estimate.

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order is shipped from the fulfilment location closest to the delivery address, in order to reduce transport distance, cost and emissions. Our fulfilment locations include the EU, North America, the UK and selected regional hubs.

Customs, duties and import charges

Because orders are produced close to you, most deliveries stay within your own customs territory. In some cases, however, an order may be shipped from a location outside your country or customs union — for example from the United States to the EU, or from the EU to the UK. Such shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT or other charges. Please read the product detail for each product to see fulfillment locations. 

These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are not included in the price shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, they are payable by the recipient, normally to the carrier before delivery. We have no control over these amounts and cannot calculate them in advance.
